• You are using the incorrect login or password.
• Your account may have been suspended / deleted because you haven't updated your account in a while, paid your membership fees, or followed the terms of our account agreement. Read more about our terms here.

As a One World Yellow Pages member, your user information is secure in the My Account section of the site. You can view your company profile, preview and respond to messages, or edit/update user information at any time.Click the login at the top of the page and enter your username and password.

To add/delete/change Company Information associated with your company profile, go to the My Account >Company Information link in your My Account page, click that link and follow the instructions.

To add/delete/change Company Contacts in your company profile, go to the My Account >Company Contacts link in your My Account page, click that link and follow the instructions.

To add/delete/change Categories or Keywords in your company profile, go to the My Account >Categories/Keywords link in your My Account page, click that link and follow the instructions.

To add/delete/change Enhanced Features in your company profile, go to the My Account >Enhanced Features link in your My Account page, click that link and follow the instructions.

If you forgot your password choose the forgot password option in the log-in section and provide your e-mail address. You will receive your password by e-mail in a few minutes.

You can change your password any time by clicking on the My Account > Change Password link in your My Account page.

All inquiries and their details will be sent directly to the email address you used when you set up your account. To receive inquiries you must set up your account with a valid email address.

To add Products to your on line product list, go to the My Account >Products and Services link in your My Account, click on "Add" button at the top of the Product list and follow the instructions.

To add or delete products in your online profile, go to the My Account > My Products link in your My Account page, click on "Add/Delete Products" button and follow the instructions.

To upgrade your account plan, go to the My Account > Upgrade Plan link in your My Account page, click on the button and follow the instructions. Or, call our customer service team at 1-877-843-6997 or 414-961-4775 and request an upgrade to your account.

To view emails or RFQ messages that have been sent to you, go to the My Account > Messages link in your My Account page, and click that link. There, you will be able to preview and manage all of your messages in your inbox.
